PLEASE DON'T WAIT OR IT MAY BE TOO LATE! 'Update 2/25/xxxx: Meet Violet. She is a possibly a Pit Bull/Lab Mix. She is about 1-2 years old. Currently she weighs about 60 lbs. or so. She likes to go on walks, but she does pull some. Use of a harness helps curb her energy. After a good walk, she would love attention and would be a good candidate for belly rubs or couch potato. She takes treats nicely. She doesn't mind being picked up or for her ears, mouth, paws to be handled. She seems to get along with most dogs. Cats, however, she may want to chase. (More evaluation needed for Ms.Violet and cats).
